Some weddings are just extra special to photograph, and this was one of them! Kim and Dan had a perfect summers day to celebrate with their nearest at The Henley Hotel in Cambridge. There were tears, sweat, belly laughs, dad jokes, googly eyes, tiny hidden ducks, and an absolute abundance of joy. Dan and Kim have a talent for inserting humour at just the right moment – make sure you scroll down to catch the lead up to the first kiss! But they are also a genuine, super kind and caring pair who can make anyone feel seen and cared for. Their faith in Jesus was central to their day, and I love how intentional they have been in honouring him throughout their relationship.
I was lucky enough to journey through my teens with Kim at youth group and I know she’ll be a friend I walk with through the rest of life. Once you know her, you never want to miss out on her friendship! She made a stunning bride, with an incredible dress that had so many different looks across the day; I was in photographer heaven! This day was just an absolute privilege to get to witness and document and I had the BEST day. It’s taken me far too long to share, but I hope you all finally enjoy a look back on the making of Mr & Mrs Fabish!
