Ash & Sam are two of the most in love people I’ve had the pleasure of photographing. I mean, when the bride and groom go in for 5 first kisses during their ceremony you know they’re more than just a little into each other haha. Their wedding day was a party from start to end, with a whole lot of colour and happy tears thrown in for good measure.
Ash & Sam are surrounded by a whole lot of incredible people who came together to make their day as special and significant as it was. Their venue is Ash’s grandparent’s property at Point Wells, which truly couldn’t have been a more perfect spot to host the occasion; the girls’ makeup was flawlessly applied by Ash’s sister; hair by a family friend; flowers by an Aunty; ceremony led by another family friend; and more friends providing the epic location for the photos amongst the palms. Ash was also lucky enough to win her dream wedding dress from Fritz & Sarah, which was absolute perfection on her! Make sure you peep the little detail on her dress that paid tribute to their precious cat, Luna. All these big and little details helped to create a day that reflected who Ash & Sam are so well.
Ash & Sam, thank you so much for trusting me with this best of all job documenting your day. I had the best time, evidenced by the longest blog post ever, and it was such an honour witnessing the depth of your love and getting to meet your super fun crew of people.
