3rd December, 2022

Casey & David waited a year for their wedding day at Abbeville Estate, after covid interfered with their original plans. My goodness, it was worth the wait! What a stunning Jane Austen inspired day, with so many special contributions from family. Casey’s dad officiated their ceremony, while David’s mum helped craft the beautiful flowers into the artworks you see below. There were many tears and the best collection of speeches I’ve heard in a long time. Despite the rain choosing to water the gardens through a good chunk of our portrait time, we were still able to capture SO much variety thanks to the beautiful Abbeville Estate grounds, and we were later treated to the perfect golden sunset (don’t miss scrolling right to the bottom!). The only thing missing from the day were the furry loves of their lives, Albie and Ernie, who got many shout outs, as they so deserve. Anyway, I’ll let you get on with looking through what might be the biggest blog post of all time hahah (oops)!

Casey & David, thank you for the privilege of witnessing your day. It was so special for me, especially having known Casey for so many years, to see how deeply happy you make one another. I hope you enjoy this first look back on the best day of your lives (so far) x
