10th December 2022

Arriving to Vanderosa for Jen and Glen’s wedding looked nothing like the photo above; the entire hillside was covered in thick cloud, and rain threatened. With only 30 minutes until the ceremony, the cloud lifted and plans were changed to set up for an outdoor wedding- hooray! Though the wind blew something fierce, we were able to enjoy the stunning backdrop of Pakiri beach, right through to the start of the reception when the rain came.

I’ve had the privilege of entering motherhood alongside Jen, in the same incredible coffee group (I love you girls!). So, I can’t explain how special it was to watch these two tie the knot, along with their gorgeous son. It blew my mind hearing that they met only 3 years ago, as they’ve achieved so much in that time. They’ve had their beautiful boy, moved to a dream plot of land, started raising animals, and they’re such a great team through it all. It’s no surprise to me that Jen & Glen have loads of friends who are all down to earth and up for a good time… the best recipe for an epic wedding.

So, Jen & Glen, thank you so much for allowing me the privilege of documenting your day for you. I’m so stoked for you both and so thankful we get to do this parenthood journey together. I hope you enjoy this little snapshot of your day x
