Down to earth, no fuss, and great company- that’s how I’d describe Keri & Kurt. Having grown up around Port Waikato, Kurt was keen to show us around this stunning coastline for their engagement session, and oh my goodness how good is it?! It has such a great variety of scenery for photos, and we had the best time rock hopping and dune climbing. Poppy, Keri & Kurt’s gorgeous pup, wanted to be in every photo too, and worked the camera all evening long!

As if this engagement session wasn’t good enough already (with all the scenery, puppy cuddles and good company), we also went for a hoon down the beach in Kurt’s ute to catch the best of the sunset without any onlookers, and then headed back to their place for a homemade dinner of crayfish and venison! Seriously, these guys are the best and Tim & I had so much fun getting to know them better. I cannot wait for their wedding day, cause it’s going to be a great party! For now, while you’re all in COVID-19 isolation, enjoy having a look through this epic session… and dream about how you might be as awesome as these two 😉

The dune pictured above was MUCH bigger in real life than it looks here! It was quite a scramble with camera in hand to get to the top.. but the view was oh so worth it!
