Kim & Blaine travelled all the way from Oklahoma for this Maori Bay (Auckland) Anniversary Session. The black sand, expansive ocean, and golden Kiwi sunset was the perfect setting to explore as a stark contrast to the grassy plains of their home town. As Kim is an incredible wedding photographer herself (look her up! Kim Christopher Photography), I was entirely honoured by being trusted to document this milestone for them. It truly was so special capturing the depth of love that has evolved over the years of their marriage. I look at these images and see a couple who are still enamoured with each other; ten years and two children into marriage. It brings so much joy to my heart that their kids (and their kids and their kids!) will always have these images as proof of the love that they came from. I hope you get a glimpse of it too.
