Tayla & Josh are one of the loveliest pairs you’ll meet, and I’ve been lucky enough to get to know them as I’ve photographed events and weddings of their closest friends. They’re high school sweethearts who fit together so easily; they’re genuine and kind and fun. I may have got teary when they asked me to photograph their wedding, cause I just love who they are and I feel so honoured to document them together. What a joy then that this engagement session (booked and planned a year ago) turned into a maternity session too! I cannot wait to see the little person Tayla & Josh have created. They’re the luckiest little babe to have such incredible parents who are surrounded by amazing families and friends, and it’s going to be incredibly special having them apart of their parent’s wedding at the end of the year.
Despite the slightly hectic evening together dodging rainfall, navigating flooded ground and beach slips, we had so much fun and were gifted a stunning pink sky at the end of it all! Tayla & Josh, I have so much respect for you both and I am so thankful to bear witness to your love on this other side of the camera.
