Brie & Jono travelled up to Long Bay on ANZAC day for their engagement session, all the way from the Waikato. Thank the good Lord we got a gorgeous golden sunset for them! I’m lucky enough to have photographed Brie as a bridesmaid at Rachel & Shane’s wedding back in 2020, so it was the best getting her back in front of my camera again.
Jono & Brie are so much fun to be around. They’re clearly the best of friends who love a laugh and are so playful together. I lost count of how many times Jono put Brie on the ground during their session but added a good number of blooper shots at the end of this post for you to have a giggle at. Brie & Jono are down to earth and such easy company, which made my evening a joy. I loved seeing the tender side of their relationship right alongside their playfulness and know from this little snippet of witnessing them together that they’re going to make marriage the greatest adventure. Bring on September when they’ll tie the knot- I can’t wait!
